Blue Corn Cafe is a family friendly, casual dinning restaurant located just off the Santa Fe Plaza. Hotel guests of the Santa Fe Sage Inn will enjoy the combination of comfort New Mexican cuisine and pub fare, sure to please any eater.
Some specialties include Blue Corn Tacos, Carne Adovada, Huevos Rancheros, Ensalada Tostada, Stuffed Sopaipillas, as well as a larges selection of traditional fajitas, enchiladas, burgers and sandwiches.
The restaurant offers six beers on tap brewed especially for the Blue Corn Café. They draw from local references and include the Atomic Blonde, Rio Chama Amber Ale, Road Runner IPA, and End of the Trail Brown Ale.
