Santa Fe School of Cooking

The Santa Fe School of Cooking is an internationally acclaimed, recreational culinary school and market specializing in foods of the southwest.

Demonstration Cooking Classes are offered throughout the week and include menus of traditional New Mexican, Native American, Mexican, Spanish, vegetarian and contemporary Southwestern cuisine. Learn cooking techniques from some of the best chefs in Santa Fe and sample some of the best flavors of the Southwest.  Each class is education, entertaining and delicious.  Advance class registration is recommended.

The Santa Fe School of Cooking Market features New Mexico chile, salsas, and Southwestern specialty foods such as posole, sopaipilla mix, blue corn pinon pancake mix, and red chile honey. Many products are created by the Santa Fe School of Cooking’s Chefs.  Purchase local author cook books and cooking tools to enhance your at-home culinary experience.  The market will also ship items for your return home or for you to share with friends and family. The market is open daily from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
